Expected: When dob is missing and the user selects BILL or DD as Payment method Then the DOB field must be presented to the user

Current:

Given a user does not provide his DOB during checkout When the user is on the payment method selection page and the user selects BILL as PM and continues Then there is an error message The field additionalInformation.dateOfBirth is missing. even if this field was not visible
